Disability Resource Office

  1. Complete and submit the disclosure form and upload documentation (see Documentation Guidelines).
  2. Once the disclosure information and documentation are received and reviewed by the DRO, students will be contacted via their University email and notified of their next steps. Submissions will not be processed until both the Disclosure Form and supporting documentation have been received (unless your disability is easily observable, or you are disclosing a Service Animal (as defined by the ADA). 
  3. If you encounter any difficulties or have questions regarding the need, submission or upload of your documentation, please contact the DRO, disability@ncsu.edu.

Campus Health Center

  • Book appointments through Healthy Pack Portal:
    • Click on North Carolina State University when asked to choose your home organization
    • Log in with Unity ID and password
    • Click on “Appointments” on the left side of the screen.
    • Follow the directions on the portal for how to continue making an appointment.

Counseling Center

  • Click this link to get to the “Make an appointment” page. You can find instructions on how to make your first appointment, how to schedule a follow up appointment, and how to complete required paperwork.

Wolfline Transit System

  • Passio Go! Bus App: Download this app on your phone from the Apple App or Google Play Stores. It can be used to track bus lines and plan your ride.

Spin E-Scooters & E-Bikes

  • To rent scooters, riders will download the Spin app on their smartphones (iOS & Android) and unlock the vehicles by scanning their unique QR codes.

Parking

  • Visitor Parking
    • Parking is available on campus in the Colosseum or Dan Allen pay parking decks ($3 per hour or $15 a day). You can pay using the ParkMobile app on your smartphone. For details about visitor parking options, rates, and locations, visit the NC State visitor parking information page. Parking is free in visitor and employee lots after 5 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends.
